My Best of 2025.

Do you consider it a holiday? regardless, enjoy my poem. H appy youngsters going door to door asking for treats,      A damant drivers hopefully slowing down on the streets, L arge bags of candy are inspected by parents being careful, L ooking out for children is indeed paramount and universal, O range coin boxes were part of my night out as an eager kid, W elcoming money for UNICEF was also what I and many did, E ventually our treat hunt ends and we get home safe and sound, E ven after a sugar rush the donations were key as we unwound,   N ovember begins and schools submit those boxes by the pounds! P.S. This piece makes reference to Halloween for myself when I was a child way back when, I hope you liked my work, have a wonderful  weekend; until next time, keep on creating to all of my loyal readers  and supporters, thank you kindly for your ongoing interest and support.  

Canada's First and Oldest National Park (in Alberta) B reathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains over a small town, A midst tall standing trees and crystal clear water with its "royal crown", N estled near animal crossing overpasses and the spectacular Fairmont Hotel, F ingertips from the Bow River and the "Rocky Mountaineer" train; never a tough sell, F acing the astounding beauty and calm of nature begs you to travel west and budget well!

S oothing comfort under the covers at night, L etting go and putting reality out of sight, E ven snoring too much along the way, E ventually waking up to a brand new day, P leasurable experience is a given as in bed we would prefer to stay!

C onsumed by this new thing called life, H aving to go through joy and certain strife, I nnocence is a many splendored thing, L ove and devotion are taught like summer and spring, D ad and Mom always being there for you, R eally positive vibes are all part of it as they do, E very occasion is filled with laughter and fun, N ice to know that I had that time with you both under the sun!

F ew and far between can be had, R ealizing the ones you have is important even when you're mad, I nvitations to birthdays is a start, E ven meeting at school and showing your smarts, N ow and forever of that bond is so powerful, D oing whatever possible to keep things from turning dull, S miling at each other upon getting together as a sweet lass and lad!

My Favourite Season S eeing the beauty of nature return for at least three months more, U nderstanding my spirituality being at one in the great outdoors, M arvelling at the rebirth and rejuvenation of the planets' forests' lives, M eaningful longer days of light help me feel better and creatively thrive, E nergetically I raise a toast to the power of God and our Earthly Mother, R emembering life is still good in the face of strife and loving each other!
